Running is awesome. I just ran my first race today after about 3 months of running. After hitting my 60 mile mark a few days ago, right now I have a total milage of 63.1 miles. Fun.
Before todays run at 8:30 am, I didn't eat as healthy as i could have. Let's see, the commons had a sox opening game event lunch, i had about 7 chicken wings, some chips, a snow cone (with a tsp of mango sauce), apple juice. As of last night, had an order of nachos from Carbon, damn it was delicious.
I want to run outside more than on treadmill so I can get ready for more racing events.
