Lack of Motivation

Spring break is going to an end starting tomorrow which implies that I should be working on school-related tasks. I had promised my prof that I would be checking out the capacitor value today at the computer which was made available about 6 days ago. I will get it done first thing after this post. Or when Evan leaves for Las Vegas. Hunger games start tonight, my friend invited me to go with. I doubt I would though. I just want to be able to communicate with a group of audience from the internet.

With the remaining time, why don't I talk about my thoughts for life on Education in China.

The thought was provoked after watching Waiting for 'Superman'. It reminded me of the unfortunate majority that is going through the orthodox education system. What struck me the most about this documentary is that it the "lottery" metod also applies to the US grade school placement. I am not going to go into details about my insignificant yet life forming childhood stories. The same story happened to me-- I did not win any of the three lotteries I entered. My parents had to spend a fortune in my education. Thank goodness I didn't turn out as bad as I could have imagined, if not outstanding. My parents could only push me so far and the rest would be up for my own to feed. I have told my mom that I want to change the Chinese education system, she laughed and told me that it is impossible to do so. In order to change the way people teach in China, I would have to make the policy makers change policies etc. I guess I would have to make do with my own child/children, to make them better individuals.
