Food Log (1)

Breakfast
1.Back Irish Tea
2. Peanut Butter

Lunch
1. Cup of Chicken noodle soup
2.BBQ pork 1 piece
3. Some curry rice noodles 
4. Bowl of Salad 
5. Black Coffee

comment: I felt very full afterwards, i hope this lasts long. because i don't think i had that much food for lunch. 

Dinner
Chicken BLT Salad with honey mustard
